Celebrating ClearPath’s Win at the 2024 BizX America Awards!
ClearPath Utility Solutions, LLC is thrilled to share an exciting milestone from the 2024 BizX America Awards, presented by Action Coach. Amongst a remarkable lineup of 600 businesses from across the country, ClearPath was nominated for an impressive 11 awards at this year’s conference held in Las Vegas, NV. Last week, our team proudly represented ClearPath, standing alongside some of the most dedicated and innovative companies in America.
On Wednesday, the energy was palpable as the finalists were announced. We were humbled and thrilled to hear ClearPath called as one of the five finalists in four award categories: Best Company Culture, Best VP/Department Head, Best CEO, and Best Overall Company—the latter being the conference’s highest honor. Out of all the prestigious companies nominated, ClearPath was celebrated as the winner of the Best Company Culture award!
This recognition holds special meaning for us, as fostering a thriving, supportive, and dynamic culture has been our primary focus this year. To bring this vision to life, we made significant investments in team growth, including hiring a dedicated HR Manager to reinforce our values and strengthen our culture. For us, creating an environment where employees feel valued, respected, and part of a bigger mission isn’t just a goal—it’s a commitment we uphold every day.
